I cannot believe it! Chef Besh should have won. His plating was beautiful and he was pretty gutsy making that swordfish dessert. Also, I wished Mario Batali was one of the judges.
Oh well...congratulations, Chef Symon.
Chef Besh, you will always be an iron chef in my book!
